Freelance Web Design

HIT Web Design, an IT Industry leader, is hiring contracted Web Designers to build custom websites nationwide for our clients.

As a freelance Web Designer for Heritage Internet Technologies you'll control your workflow by requesting projects according to your availability.

This opportunity is unprecedented in the industry! We line up the work for you, you take what you can handle, design the site, get approval from the customer, then move onto the next project. We have approx. 200-300 projects available at all times.

Requirements:

Contacting customers within 24 hours of accepting the projects
After accepting the project you will need to contact the customer via phone at least two times a week
The use of shapes, or vector graphics, in the designs as much as possible
After the site is approved by the Project Manger, you must contact the customer to get the approval on the final design
A USB headset that connects into the computer. We will send software to download for the softphone/VOIP connection to our in-house phone system
Must be W3C compliant, or willingness to be trained.

Pay Structure:

$20.00/page! (The design is considered part of each page.)
Bonuses are associated with each project. Meet the requirements of the bonuses to greatly increase your project payout!
10% commission on any site enhancements* sold during the build process!
+20% of total sale price of a site enhancement for the completion of the enhancement!

*Site enhancements are additional features for a site that were not sold to the customer at the point of sale. These items, such as flash, databases, galleries, etc. are items that help the customer's site stand out, but were either not discussed at the point of sale, or the customer had decided to wait to purchase the item until a later date.
