Accounting Payroll Clerk

HIT Web Design is an industry leader in custom web design and hosting.

We are expanding our Provo office to better service our nationwide customers. This is a job for you if you are energetic, enthusiastic, a self starter and are motivated to succeed.

Requirements:

• Experience with Quick Books preferred
• Previous accounting, AP or Payroll experience
• Experience with W2 prep preferred
• General accounting experience including GL reconciliation
• Excellent Customer Service and Telephone Skills
• Experience with Microsoft Office/Word, Outlook, Excel
• Attention to detail and strong analytical skills
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• No IT industry experience required

Position is Full Time M-F 8:30-5:00.
